FillSpeed (“the App”) provides automated order‑fulfillment acceleration and workflow optimization for merchants using Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects personal information when merchants install or use the App.

The App collects only the data required to operate its features and comply with Shopify’s platform requirements, including:

• Shop information: shop domain, shop name, email, plan type, locale, and API access scopes.
• Order and fulfillment data: order IDs, fulfillment status, timestamps, and operational metadata needed to generate insights and speed up fulfillment workflows.
• Billing and subscription data: subscription status, charge ID, and plan details (no payment card information is ever collected).
• Technical data: logs, API usage metadata, and diagnostic information used to maintain reliability and security.

The App does not collect customer payment information, credit card numbers, or other highly sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and operate the FillSpeed service
• Improve fulfillment speed and operational insights

5. Data Retention

We retain store data only for as long as the merchant has an active subscription or as required to meet legal or operational obligations.

When a merchant uninstalls the App:

• All store‑specific data is deleted within 48 hours.
• All logs associated with the store are purged within 14 days.
• Shopify’s mandatory data‑erasure webhooks (customers/redact, shop/redact) are honored promptly.

6. Data Security

We use industry‑standard security practices, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure API token storage
• Access‑controlled infrastructure
• Regular monitoring and logging

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access the data we store about your shop
• Request correction or deletion of certain data
• Request data portability where applicable
• Withdraw consent by uninstalling the App

Uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin immediately revokes our access and triggers our data‑deletion process.
